During my stay, the pool was closed for maintenance work. This was disappointing as I was looking forward to taking a dip.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with comfy beds and nice views from the higher floors. The bathroom may not be ideal for older guests, as you need to step into a bathtub to shower. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing great service from the moment you arrive. The breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of options. The hotel also has excellent facilities, such as a gym and pool, for guests to enjoy.

The receptionist could improve their English skills to better assist tourists.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! the luxurious amenities provided us with a relaxing and exclusive experience. the service was impeccable; the spa and wellness centre, indoor pool and the sauna were all top-notch. the Jacuzzi and massage services were exactly what we needed to unwind after a long day. We were also impressed by the delicious and halal food served at the restaurant and bar/lounge area. It was a perfect stay!

The only minor issue we had was with the steam room. It appeared to be closed for maintenance when we wanted to use it, but that did not detract from our overall experience at this wonderful hotel.

We stayed at this hotel and experienced luxurious amenities that fulfilled our needs. the service was impeccable, and the Spa & wellness centre was top-notch, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa lounge. the Turkish bath and steam room were a great way to unwind, and the sun loungers in the garden area were heavenly.

The location of the hotel was not ideal despite its excellent location advantages. the only issue we experienced was that there were not enough packed lunches available who wanted to take away.
